Getting to Landmark Plaza

SkinByDrNancy is on the 2nd floor of Landmark Plaza, Argwings Kodhek Rd, Nairobi, between Hurlingham and Upper Hill. It is one of the better-connected spots in the city – Argwings Kodhek Rd links Ngong Road at the Hurlingham junction with Valley Road and the Upper Hill district, and Yaya Centre is a couple of minutes away.

Travel times are estimates and vary considerably with Nairobi traffic. The 7:00am weekday opening and Saturday mornings are consistently the easiest times to reach us.

Why we build pages for each area

Two reasons, and both are practical. The first is that “where is it and how do I get there” is genuinely the most common question reception is asked, and it deserves a proper answer rather than a pin on a map. The second is that skin problems cluster by neighbourhood – families in Lavington and Karen bring children’s eczema and insect-bite reactions, Upper Hill brings occupational hand eczema and adult acne, and the CBD brings rashes that have been through three combination creams already.

Which areas of Nairobi does SkinByDrNancy serve?

The clinic is at Landmark Plaza, Argwings Kodhek Rd, and patients come from across the city – Upper Hill, Hurlingham, Kilimani, Lavington, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Parklands, Karen, Langata and the Nairobi CBD, as well as further afield. Anyone is welcome; these pages simply cover directions and the problems we see most often in each neighbourhood.

Do you have more than one branch?

No – there is one clinic, at Landmark Plaza, 2nd Floor, Argwings Kodhek Rd, Nairobi. Having a single location is part of how the clinic keeps fees down and keeps Dr Nancy Omwenga seeing every patient personally.

Do you offer home visits?

No. Skin needs to be examined in good light with the right equipment, and procedures need a clinical setting. Simple follow-ups and results discussions can often be handled by phone or WhatsApp.

What is the easiest time to travel to the clinic?

Early morning – we open at 7:00am on weekdays, before the Argwings Kodhek Rd and Ngong Road traffic builds. Mid-morning from about 10:00am is also comfortable, and Saturday mornings from 7:00am to 12:00pm are the easiest run of the week.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking at Landmark Plaza. We are on the 2nd floor and there are lifts in the building.

I live outside Nairobi – can I still be seen?

Yes, and patients do travel in from surrounding counties. Tell reception what you are coming for when you book so that the consultation and any procedure can be done in one trip where possible. Call 0728 566990.
