How to reach us

The quickest way to get an appointment is to call or WhatsApp. Reception can tell you what is available, roughly how long the visit will take and what it will cost before you travel – which is worth asking about if you are coming from the other side of the city.

The 7:00am weekday slot and Saturday mornings are the easiest times to reach us, and they are also the first to fill.

Finding the clinic

Landmark Plaza sits on Argwings Kodhek Rd, between Hurlingham and Upper Hill and a short distance from Yaya Centre. Argwings Kodhek Rd links Ngong Road at the Hurlingham junction with Valley Road, so it is reachable from most directions without crossing the city centre. We are on the 2nd floor; there are lifts in the building and parking on site.

Before you call

A few details make the booking quicker and the appointment more useful:

  • What you are coming for. If a procedure may be needed – a mole checked, a lesion removed, a keloid injected – say so, and a longer slot is set aside so it can often be done the same visit.
  • Whether you are using insurance, and which scheme, so cover can be confirmed before you travel.
  • What you have already used. Bring the actual tubes and bottles to the appointment, not just the names.
  • Who the appointment is for. If you are bringing more than one child, book a slot each so both get proper time.

Payment is by cash, card or M-Pesa, and most major medical insurance schemes are accepted.
